This was an assignment in Typography I where I worked in a book format for the first time. We had the choice to pick a social justice topic and I focused on mental health in student-athletes because I felt it isn't talked about enough as a student-athlete myself who has experience in the topic.
These are a few spreads taken from the book. We were encouraged to stick with a limited color palette with the intent of focusing more on the type design. I chose blue-grays to create a serious tone and a salmon color for contrast.
